Dirty Harry P90 Tele
Despite being a Gibson guy most of my life, I’d recently fallen in love with my telecaster and in its converted to Esquire to esquire format, it has ended up being my number 1 on the road. Even with that, I was still missing that P-90 stank and raw energy I love though and had went through many different tele-bridge pickups. Not wanting to modify the routing, I tried Vintage Noiseless, stock, Super Distortion T’s etc, but then I found the good folks at Rio Grande’s Dirty Harry. I dropped this in and it was exactly what I had been after. It’s not exactly a P-90, but it’s pretty damn close and by close, I mean it also retains some of that tele-clarity and mojo while adding the P90 stank dimension. I was also worried about the dreaded 60 cycle hum since we play in front of full stack Marshalls at mid to high gain. Again, I was super impressed, these were pretty quiet as well, much quieter than my Tim Shaw humbuckers in my old Les Paul. So yeah, if a telecaster tone isn’t quite your thing or you’re looking for a different tonal approach to your tele-arsenal, give these a try. Even cooler, this is a small US shop located in Texas that are super friendly and easy to work with. It’s the kind of place you want to spend your money on that elusive journey to your perfect tone. I also have a Smith & Wesson .44 like Dirty Harry and having played these pickups and shot that pistol, I think they are appropriately named and awesome. Highly recommended. -Adam Joad (Scattered Hamlet).

Badass tone to the bone indeed!
The absolutely dirtiest, nastiest, growling badass tele bridge pickup I ever heard. If you're looking for THAT tone, that rock-n-roll snarl with all the attitude and authority you always wanted - look no further - your journey ends here. You CANNOT beat this tele bridge pickup for monster rippin' roarin' everything you ever dreamed of balls out tone.
